David E. Gray

David served as an adjunct professor at both Sussex County Community College and St. Peter’s University. He has lectured on various areas of the law before community organizations and has testified before the state Senate Judiciary Committee regarding pending legislation. He has appeared on CNN, News12 New Jersey, Fox 5-Philadelphia, Channel 9 and Channel 11 news regarding a variety of cases. He has been quoted in the “Star Ledger,” “Daily Record,” “New Jersey Herald” and various local newspapers regarding cases he has successfully litigated. He also as Councilman and Deputy Mayor of Byram Township in New Jersey.

While attending law school David was awarded the Juvenile Justice Clinic Outstanding Achievement Award for his in-court representation of individuals and the Pro Bono Service Award for providing legal services to underrepresented members of the community. This commitment to providing a voice in the judicial system to the underserved remains a key component of the Gray Law Group mission and David is a co-founder of the New Jersey Victim Resource Center, a pro bono initiative aimed at aiding victims of crime through the complexities of the legal system while exploring their civil remedies.

David was recognized in a book written by a client with the following notation: “…you stepped in and fought for my son…working nights and weekends. I think of you as the ‘White Knight’ that rode in at the eleventh hour and fought for [our son][/our]. Your compassion for victims is extraordinary and you are a rarity among lawyers. I consider you a friend of the family…”

David is a graduate of the Rutgers School of Business and the Seton Hall University School of Law with honors.

Todd T. Gieger

Todd graduated Seton Hall University and went to work with GMAC to handle potential loss files. Three years later he went to work with a commercial collection firm as a sales manager climbing the ranks until later being promoted to VP of Sales. Shortly thereafter he started his own collection firm that later was acquired. Hereafter he consulted several major collection law firms for 10 years prior to partnering with David E. Gray. Todd is nationally recognized amongst his peers for his outstanding work, achievements and is regularly invited to lecture locally and nationally.

Todd is in his 28th year in the collection business.

Michael J. Arcaro

Michael has been working in the legal collections industry since 1983. He got his start at the formidable collection firm Stanley D. Goldman and eventually migrated over to Commercial Legal Software. Since then, Michael has gained a wealth of knowledge pertaining to all the cutting edge resources that fuel a debt recovery firm.

Michael continued on in the industry and joined the reputable collection law firm Nudelman, Nudelman and Ziering, P.C., spending 10 years transforming their operations to new heights. He has expertise in all aspects of the collection industry and a combined 25 years of hands on internal training.

Christina Mogan

Christina graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University and holds a Paralegal Certification, she brings over 20 years of litigation paralegal experience to David E. Gray, Attorney at Law, LLC, including managing, liquidating cases and delegating the operations of the litigation department. She prides herself in concentrating on details and keeping clients well-informed throughout the handling of their cases. Outside of work, she raises Lupus Awareness, she is actively involved, in school, church and community activities.
